These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://etnsolutions.com (the “Site”), operated by ETN Solutions LLC (“ETN Solutions LLC”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is provided to share information about the digital advertising, software development, and website services offered by ETN Solutions LLC, and to allow visitors to request a consultation or submit a service inquiry. 2. Separate Client Agreements

These Terms apply only to your use of the Site itself. Any actual advertising management, software development, consulting, or other services provided by ETN Solutions LLC to a client are governed by a separate, mutually signed proposal, statement of work, or services agreement, which will set out project scope, deliverables, pricing, timelines, and other applicable terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed services agreement, the signed services agreement controls with respect to that engagement.

3. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

By using the Site, you agree that you will not:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through the contact form
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its underlying systems, or related networks
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site, servers, or connected networks, including through the introduction of malware
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site using automated means without our prior written consent
  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Site without our express written permission

Submitting the form does not create a client relationship, obligate ETN Solutions LLC to perform any services, or guarantee a response within any specific timeframe. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas.
